Three componment MDI system PU Prepolymer

1. Characteristics of MDI raw materials

The same raw materials can be produced with different hardness by adjusting the A/B/C component ratio, and the raw materials need not be replaced in the hardness switching process.

1) Need catalyst intervention

MDI three-component feedstock belongs to semi-prepolymer, and the reaction rate of-0H is less than that of-NH2. In order to obtain better physical properties and production efficiency, catalyst is needed

2) Environmental protection

The vapor pressure of MDI is much lower than that of TDI, and it has aromatic odor and little toxicity in the production process, so MDI is a new material that meets the needs of environmental protection.

2. Advantages of the MDI three-component series

* Adjustable hardness: the same grade of three-component raw materials can be replaced by permutation and combination to produce products with different hardness.

* Environmental protection: MDI vapor pressure is lower.

* Low equipment energy consumption: The application temperature of MDI products is lower, and the equipment energy consumption is greatly reduced.

* High production efficiency: The intervention of the catalyst makes the production efficiency of MDI products higher than that of TDI products, with low energy consumption and high efficiency.
