1. How much the installation area needed for this 120m3/h concrete mixing plant?
The layout can be designed according to your working site situation.
Normally, If it equipped with 3 sets 100ton cement silo need about 1389m2, if with 4 sets 200ton cement silo need about 1530m2, the layout can be design according to your working site.
2. If electricity is not convenient, can I install a generator set?
Yes, it also could equipped with 250kw diesel generator set.
3. How big and how many concrete mixer truck is what you need for this 120m3/h concrete mixing plant?
For example:
Concrete user’s distance: 10km away
Concrete user’s quantity demand: 200m3 per day
If you prepare 8m3 concrete mixer truck, at least you need 4 units, full-time working 5 hours, no break.
For real life, we suggest 8m3 transit mixer, at least 6 units, working 5 hours per day; 12m3 transit mixer, at least 6 units, working 3 hours per day
